Now you can tour the infrared universe at 720p. Can't afford a ticket to space? Let high-resolution computer monitors and television sets be your window to outer space. The countdown to high-definition lift-off begins with just a click of the mouse!
The Spitzer Science Center launched this high-definition feed with a new video series called Hidden Universe: Gallery Explorer. This show will take viewers on a personal tour of the infrared universe. Spectators will travel through stellar nurseries, fly in and out of galaxies -- with professional astronomers pointing out all the sights.
The new high-definition Hidden Universe products are compatible with Apple TV, and are currently available for download from the Spitzer Science Center website and iTunes.
